This post is long overdue, but like everyone else says - “Better late, than never!”

I actually felt the need to post this once and for all because the Christmas Party of our company is over. Yay! :D Haha That may sound sarcastic, but I’ve been dreading it to finish since Day 1, as I was really scared that I might make a fool of myself in front of everyone with this flattering yet big responsibility.

So here. I was one of the candidates in the Search for Mr., Ms. and Ms. Superstar Total Net Research.

I wasn’t actually the first choice to represent the Marketing Department, but oh well, to make the long story short, I ended being that girl. :) And it was overwhelming. :’)

Below are the images taken by my manager, Ms. Rona in the photoshoot that happened last November 20, 2011 at Oriental Garden, Makati.

This is one of the test shots, Ms. Rona and I did. We were wondering which earring would suit my bathing suit best. And so we settled with the white hoop capiz earrings. :)

Trying to check which bracelet would look good in the pictures. We picked the turquoise beaded cuff bracelet on the left. :)

Here comes the test shots about my smile, or my mouth if I should say. :D We tried how the close-mouth slash poker look would feel. Hmmm..

I look cold and indifferent. :O

So we tried the smile with teeth look. Well, I think this looked better. My teeth are big so smiling without teeth really looks awkward. It may look fine given the right angle, but since this was going to be an entry for the swimsuit competition, my mouth’s look doesn’t need experiments that day.

So we went for the safest - I smiled widely in the shots that came after this! :)

I really love this cover-up I borrowed from Karen and Ninay. They are the sweetest officemates! The net-tish feel made me feel sexier, haha. Feel lang okay? Alam kong super payat ko! 

It was such a pity I haven’t taken a photo of the cover-up’s back part. :’( It was backless with only a ribbon to tie in the lower back.

I forgot the photographer’s name though. But he was really nice and friendly. He made sure that all of us feel comfortable, despite the wind blowing us in the condo’s 6th floor.

My hair feels like I have a check in my bangs’ ends (going to the opposite direction).

I also have to thank Ciara, my good college friend who lent me this bathing suit. I love it soo much because it gives your body this curvier illusion when you don’t even have to try. :P 

I thought I’d wear this, because I particularly lack those curves. I might as well cheat through illusions! Haha :P

I like this shot. The angle made me look inches taller! :D Thanks Ms. Rona! :D

That is Zyra, the lovely candidate from the Sales Department. She is also a registered nurse like me! And oh, can I just say that her skin is soooo prettyyyyyy?? :)

This stolen shot is one of my favorites. I was checking if my tummy looks big, and I didn’t know Ms. Rona was taking a photo.

The one in black is Anna from the Internal Writers Department. She has the cutest smile by the way! Although you probably can’t see it here. It’s clearer in her solo shots.

After the photoshoot, Maui (the one on the left) is already a good friend of mine way before we transferred office locations. She is from the Sales Department and a candidate for Ms. Superstar. She’s the one who introduced me to Zyra, who by the way is really nice too.

I adore Maui’s highlights. They were totally gorgeous! Next time, I’ll dye my hair like hers! :D

I literally forgot what we’re talking about here. Look, I am sooo happy! :D

I guess we agreed on something strongly here that deserves a high-five! :D
